Raw & Polished - Open presentation platform for dance @ Tanzzentrale Nürnberg.
An opportunity to show your piece on stage - applications accepted now

Raw & Polisehed is an evening that invites dance-makers to present work in progress as well as finished works or excerpts thereof. Choreographic, as well as improvisational, structures can underlie the work.

In the main hall of Tanzzentrale, several presentations, each up to approx. 10 minutes in length, are shown in two blocks, parted by an intermission, with a maximum total playing time of 90 minutes.
Following the showing, an artist talk will take place, giving the audience and the artists the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers.
After that, everyone is welcome to stay for a chat or dink, allowing further exchange.

If required and permitted, this will be a special Corona edition, with two halves of the show, one half at 18:00 and another at 20:00, each with a small group of spectators, seated with distance and each half with a short audience feedback round.

The performing artists receive a video of their performance - most likely photos too.
There is no budget for traveling or other expenses.

Show: Sunday April 18th 2021 at 7pm.
Technical rehearsal on the day of the show, if possible the day before.

The applications are treated and places filled in a first-come-first-serve manner.
